Tile Battle ("we", "us", "our") is developed and operated by Smarty Studio. This Privacy Policy explains what information theTile Battle mobile app (iOS and Android), the website and related services collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Account information. When you sign in with Google, Apple or email, or continue anonymously, we receive an account identifier from Firebase Authentication, along with your display name, email address and profile photo when you provide them. You may also set a username, gender and date of birth in the app.
• Game data. Scores, maximum tiles, battle points, rating, challenge and group results, and replay data (move sequences, seeds and board states) needed to reproduce your games and power leaderboards and replays.
• Uploads. Profile avatars and website profile banners you choose to upload.
• Website activity. A signed session cookie so you stay logged in on the website, and the likes, hearts and comments you post on public replays.
• Technical information. Device and platform information provided to us by the app stores and Firebase for operating and securing the service.

• Create and manage your player account and sync your progress across devices.
• Run leaderboards, ratings, challenges, groups and replays.
• Award points, battle points and rewards.
• Display public replays and profiles, and let players react and comment.
• Provide support, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple App Store and Google Play. We never see or store your payment card details. We only receive a receipt validation result so we can activate your purchase.

• Google Firebase (authentication, analytics and storage).
• Apple App Store and Google Play (distribution and billing).
• Cloud hosting and CDN providers that store game data and serve replay files.

These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.

Tile Battle may be used by players of all ages. If you are under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your region), please use the app with a parent or guardian and ask them to review this policy. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without appropriate consent, we will delete it promptly.

We keep your account and game data while your account is active so you can sync and replay your history. You can delete individual games from your history at any time. To delete your whole account, use the account option in the app or contact us at the address below, and we will remove your data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to keep it for legal or security reasons.

• Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct or update your profile details.
• Request deletion of your account and data.
• Export your game history and replay data.
